We love Dr Willis and her team.
I was overall pleased. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my dog has severe separation anxiety - so that on top of the effects of anesthesia made her act pretty crazy (crying). I get it - it is annoying and unpleasant - but it was very clear that the dr was VERY annoyed and she made it clear and was very rude about my dog when I picked her up. In the non pet world - there can be annoying customers but that doesn’t give the provider the right to be rude to that annoying customer. In this case the customer was the dog. A parent of the dog knows the dog can be annoying in certain situations. They don’t need the criticism from the doctor too. I left bugged about how rude she was about my dogs behavior. I felt like there was no grace or understanding that it was the situation and not the dog.
I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic! The entire staff is professional, kind, calming, and thorough. We brought our senior dog in for some blood work.They were wonderfully honest—no pushy sales tactics or unnecessary tests. They explained everything clearly, their pricing seems more fair than some other places. Top-notch, compassionate care.
I took my 11-year-old dog here due to blood in her urine, and she is doing much better now! As someone who isn't fully fluent in English, I really appreciated how patient the doctor and assistant were. They spoke slowly and sent a follow-up email with all the details, which helped me a lot. Thank you so much to Dr.Willis and Technician Jordan for their warm and professional care!"
As a new patient, I was able to get my cat in immediately for treatment. The vet and staff were all friendly. I appreciated that they were upfront about costs and alternative treatment ideas.
