Meet Our Team

Jordan is a veterinary technician who loves the important role she plays in providing preventative care for her patients. Her career in veterinary medicine began working with shelter animals, where she discovered her passion for helping animals live healthier, happier lives. She was inspired to become a veterinary technician when she realized that while she may not be able to bring home every cute animal she meets, she can still make a meaningful difference in their lives through her career.

Her favorite areas of veterinary medicine include preparing and monitoring patients for surgery, running laboratory work, and educating clients about preventative care and ways they can support their pets’ long-term health.

Outside of work, she loves hiking and camping. During the fall and spring, she can usually be found camping every other weekend, and she has recently started getting into backpacking.

At home, she has a 10-year-old rescued chocolate Lab named Alli. She prioritizes keeping Alli at a healthy weight and supporting her joint health so she can continue joining her on regular six-mile hikes. She also has an orange cat named Jonesy, who has a particular passion for butter and an equally strong dislike of child locks on the refrigerator and cabinets

Donna grew up in a small town in Northern California, where she raised her two children and developed a lifelong love for animals. Having always shared her home with pets, caring for animals has been a natural part of her life for as long as she can remember. Since 2020, she has been working professionally with animals and finds joy in helping care for them every day. Recently, Donna moved to Idaho to be closer to her daughter and begin an exciting new chapter in life.

Ariel is a Veterinary Assistant with over six years of hands-on experience in animal care. She is especially passionate about dentistry, anesthesia, and emergency medicine, and loves helping pets feel safe and cared for during their visits.
She began her career in Kansas, where she worked alongside a nonprofit rescue organization. That experience shaped her patience, compassion, and dedication to helping animals in need, inspiring her to continue growing in veterinary medicine.
Outside of work, Ariel enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and her two senior dogs, Ray and Plex. She also loves traveling, swimming, and binge-watching the newest medical dramas.

Katie is a Customer Service Representative who genuinely enjoys helping others feel heard, supported, and taken care of. She takes pride in being approachable and solution-focused, and values building strong, positive connections with both clients and coworkers.
Katie has had a love for animals from a young age, which led her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. That passion shapes the way she approaches her work—with patience, empathy, and a calm, understanding presence.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys staying active and creative. She spends her free time doing pottery, snowboarding, water sports, and hiking—often accompanied by her German Shepherd Husky mix, who has been her best friend for nearly eight years. While he loves being outdoors just as much as she does, he’s equally happy relaxing at home with her during a movie marathon.
Katie values maintaining a healthy work-life balance and brings that same grounded, positive energy into everything she does.

Chloe earned her degree in Veterinary Science from the University of Arizona in 2017 and is currently in her final year of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest. Her passion for animal care began at a young age through rescuing baby birds and volunteering at animal shelters.

As a veterinary technician, Chloe especially enjoys building relationships with pets and their families. She has a special interest in preventive dentistry and educating pet owners on ways to support their pets’ long-term health.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, traveling, reading, and trying all kinds of tea.
